What are the importance of fruits in our diet?
Fruits besides being delicious still play very important roles in our body because they are sources of water, fiber (cellulose), several vitamins, minerals, fructose or fructose (which are natural sugars in fruit), carbohydrates, fats and proteins, a balanced way, and most fruits are low in calories and very affordable to various economic classes, and delicious flavors and aromas.
